Senior Manager, Deal Advisory Large Cap

A leading international Deal Advisory firm is seeking a Senior Manager to join its Large Cap Transaction Services team in Stuttgart.

The team advises major German and international corporates and leading private equity investors on complex M&A transactions, financial due diligence, carve-outs and joint ventures. Combining deep transaction expertise with an extensive international network, the platform offers exposure to high-profile cross-border mandates and senior decision-makers.

Responsibilities

• Lead buy-side and sell-side financial due diligence engagements and complex transaction workstreams
• Manage international project teams, budgets and client relationships throughout the transaction process
• Advise senior decision-makers on transaction findings, financial risks and deal-related considerations
• Contribute to business development, client acquisition and the expansion of the Large Cap advisory practice

Requirements

• At least 4 years of relevant Deal Advisory or Transaction Services experience, with strong financial due diligence and financial analysis expertise
• Proven project management capabilities and the ability to lead teams and manage senior client relationships
• Strong academic background in Business, Finance, Accounting or a related field; professional qualifications such as CFA, ACCA or equivalent are advantageous
• Professional fluency in German and English, combined with strong commercial judgement and an entrepreneurial mindset
